SMS Terms – NTE Labs Care Alerts

1. Program description. NTE Labs Care Alerts sends text messages related to our Care Assistant service: gentle medication reminders to the person using the service, missed-medication notices and daily summaries to the family caregiver they chose, urgent safety alerts to the family members they designated, information the person asks their assistant to send them (for example an address or a recipe), and account and billing notices.

2. Consent. You receive these messages only if you agreed to them during onboarding with your family. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency varies, usually from 0 to 5 messages per day.

4. Message and data rates may apply.

5. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

6. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@ntelabs.ai.

7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
